Heritage assessment, archival access, oral-history support and living-heritage recognition, guided by the heritage protocol.

Humanitarian, developmental and social partnership rooted in dignity — walking alongside, not managing from above.

Partnership Principles
- Mandate first. Every partnership begins with the mandated bodies, not with individuals.
- Protocol respected. The research, media, visit and knowledge protocols apply to every partner.
- Community benefit. Value returns to the community — measurably, accountably.
- No extraction. Knowledge, story, image and data leave only under consent and mandate.
- Report-back required. Findings, outputs and results come home to the community.
- No private deals using the community name. No person may trade on the name of Knoflokskraal without recorded mandate.
- No research without consent. Ever.
- No public use of stories or images without permission. Ever.
